Lee Rogers brings over 25 years of directing, producing and writing know-how to his work. Working across multiple genres he has directed more than 300 high-end TVCs for some of the globes largest brands. 

Lee has an uncanny ability to elicit authentic performances from seasoned performers to raw newcomers alike; a skill that has taken him around the world where he has directed Oscar winners, Emmy winners, Prime Ministers, Miss Universe, Gold Logie winners and Olympic Gold medalist’s, and won dozens of awards along the way from the likes of Cannes, LIA & New York Festivals.

A storyteller at heart, Lee’s first foray into long-form content was in writing, directing, producing and starring in the movie Dust Off the Wings, iconic as Australia's first fully digitally shot and produced feature. “Rogers is incredibly clever” Margaret Pomeranz/The Movie Show.

In television, Lee's work has been seen in over 130 territories, Lee having brought his superb directorial eye to such hits as The Doctor Blake Mysteries, and the famed Australian TV series Home and Away and Neighbours.

2020 saw Lee pivot quickly and decisively to the changing production landscape by directing, producing & shooting the Live Stream weekly broadcasts - 'Kate Ceberano & Friends' - streaming live from Kate & Lee’s lounge room, featuring special guests including: 24 time Grammy winner Chick Corea, Grammy & Emmy winner & Academy Award nominee Mark Isham, Vanessa Amorosi, Dami Im, Ricki-Lee Coulter, Richard Wilkins, ARIA winners - David Campbell, James Morrison, Katie Noonan and many more.

In August 2020 Lee launched of THE BLANK CANVAS - A podcast chatting with the trail blazers, the artists, thought leaders, athletes, entrepreneurs and creators - those people who inspire us to live a large life. Guests include; David Bromley, Kate Ceberano, Mark Bouris, Layne Beachley, Eddie Perfect, Deborra-Lee Furness, Colin Hay, Glenn Wheatley, Siimon Reynolds, Indira Naidoo, Tony Ayres, Marisol Nichols, Sam Bloom, Kate Dennis, Mark Fennessy, Maurice Terzini, Kat Stewart, Simon Lock, Radek Sali, Robert Connolly, Jenna Elfman, Lindsay Fox, Mark Isham, Mandy Walker and Fred Schepisi.
